4.1.8. Budgeting Process
The budgeting process was carried out for the first time on the new structure for the
2018 budget and shows potential for improvement, which will be further pursued by
Corporate Controlling as part of the continuous improvement process.
4.1.9. FAT EU bonus system (MBS)
Within the FAT EU organization a new guideline for an European bonus system is
implemented under the group with the new name “Management Bonus System”
(MBS). The bonus is related to the FAT EU result. So the individual result indicators
are replaced by EBIT FAT EU where it is possible.
4.1.10. Infrastructure file services
In order to allow FAT EU employees to share their daily business files according to
the business structure (Sales, Product Centers, etc.), a central file share mirroring the
macro-design is provided. The assignments of FAT EU users are based on the IT
access rights, provided by related Head of department.
