Manual FAT EU 2018

               4.1.3. Transfer “New Product groups”

The Innovation Box also includes the development of products which, due to their
maturity, are beyond the pre-development stage but cannot yet be assigned to any
product center - "New Product Groups". According to the FAT EU GM regulation for
the transfer of a product from "New Product Group" to PC from 27.11.2017, the
transfer is to be intended when permanent sale of the fasteners into serial
applications begins. Therefore an organized PC environment of procurement,
purchasing, production planning and production supply chain is necessary for further
product progress. The process has to be individually designed, even in order to
harmonize the procedure transfer of "New product groups" into PC the following rules
               are defined:
 A product roadmap has to be worked out.
 An integration plan has to be worked out for implementation of new product
                      group into each chosen PC.
 Realisation for integration of a new product group into a PC shall be done at
the reporting date budget planning for the following year
 In the course of the integration of the new product group into a PC a business
plan has to be done by all participants

               4.1.4. Basket Policy

The main players of the basket policy are Böllhoff Spain, Böllhoff France and Böllhoff
Italy. The approach means exceptional sourcing service for existing customers, who
needs additional products and may source them at competitors. This procedure
remains for established products but the goal is not to increase such kind of business
               in the FAT-group.
The working principle beginning 2018 is as follows:
                    Centralized purchasing
 Full transparency with Product Center when involved
 Centralized codification (no more local codes)

for FAT EU quality management after an integration phase until end of 2020. During
