4.1.6 Meeting structure

The FAT EU GM Boards meets bi-monthly in Bielefeld and Chambery.
The operational PC meetings are called Comex, which stands for Committee of
Executives (formerly FüSi) and consists of PC representative incl. PC controller and
other guest depending on topics, e.g. HR referents.
Sales Comex takes part bi-monthly in turn with guest from different PC’s / Sales
Automation.

4.1.7. FAT EU Rules and Regulations

The written Rules and Regulations give FAT EU clear meetings structure with internal
rules, authorities and competences. It describes the allocation of duties in FAT EU
General Management and Comex.
FAT EU General Management (GM) is the strategic and operational Board of the
FAT EU organization. It is responsible for the operational performance of the FAT EU
as well as for the strategic decisions and guidelines.
Committee Executives Comex is the operational Board of Product Centers, Sales
and Production and Production Supply Chain organization of FAT EU. It is
responsible for the operational performance of each area and proposes the strategic
respective decisions and guidelines incl. vision, mission and strategic actions.
