               3.2.7 Country Management

                                                             With  the  new  organizational  structure,
                                                             new  demands  on  management  and
                                                             leadership  became  clear.  For  example,
                                                             some  of  the  teams  within  a  product
                                                             center work across borders, partly under
                                                             the leadership of a manager who is not at
                                                             the  same  location.  In  this  case,  the
                                                             country  manager  assumes  responsibility
                                                             for  all  employees  at  domestic  location

               Figure 11: Country manager                    and takes charge of the legal affairs of a
                                                             company  and  its  workforce.  The  country
               manager works in close coordination with the employee's supervisor if he or she is
               managed remotely.

               3.2.8 Remote Management

               An  advanced  remote  management  is  necessary  in
               order  to  be  able  to  lead  geographically  separated
               employees of a team across locations. This is called a
               Remote  Manager,  which  runs  a  remotely  managed
