The Kazova resistance was not simply carried on in an eco-
nomic direction, it was centred on culture and art as well. The oc-
cupied factory held film showings. Days for reading books were
organised. Now they are holding a workers’ film festival on 1-3
          November.

The Kazova resistance won a victory. The resisting Kazova
workers confiscated machines on the shop floor and transported
them to a building they had found for themselves. They would
use these machines to produce for themselves. Henceforth they
will take decisions for themselves, produce and share, all without
a boss. There will not be bosses who point guns at people’s heads
or beat them with baseball bats.

On Saturday 26 October 2013 the moving of machines
began, it ended on Sunday 27 October 2013. This is a victory. This
is the victory of resistance. This is the victory of the REVOLU-
          TIONARY WORKERS’ MOVEMENT (DIH).

This is the moment that workers longed for over a 9-month
period. This is the moment when workers laid claim to their to-
days and tomorrows. Workers came a step nearer to founding a
cooperative for production and consumption. RESISTANCE is

what got workers this far. As we always say, those who do not resist
will decay. Not all resistance will end in victory but those who win
are always those who resist. And Kazova showed that. Kazova work-
ers resisted under every condition and they won. Now is the time
to put what they won with resistance into an organisational order.
