mere scrap metal.
To remove these machines, the Somuncus used all powers
and possibilities afforded by laws. They tore down a wall of the
Kazova factory and did this to unite two buildings into one. In
this way Kazova continued. About 20 years before, with the de-
struction of this wall, a new department was opened for new ma-
chinery. In the new department there was no toilet, office or
management section. They were not needed because Kazova had
them. The new technology machines established here was trans-
ferred from Kazova to here. Last year, the Somuncu family was
making their plans to liquidate the work and flee, and they erected
a new plaster wall and announced that it was a new concern.
Someone by the name of Abdulkadir Nergis was registered with
the tax office for here and Kazova workers were selected to go
there. For two months this was registered for tax as NES TRIKO
but this shell enterprise folded in February at the same time as
Kazova. Its tax records were also closed. The workers struggled to
obtain the machines that were removed as well as those that re-
mained in Kazova. They sequestered them. There was an objection
raised to the sequestration. It was Abdulkadir Nergis who raised
the objection. He claimed that there was a workplace here regis-
tered in his name. According to the documents he presented, in
November 2012 he received it from Kazova A.S. which belonged
to the Somuncus, and at the start of February 2013 it was put on
sale to a firm by the name of MIDYATLI LTD., also owned by the
Somuncus. That is, the machines were bought from the Somuncus
and sold to them again. Everything here is as clear as daylight. But
at the same time it conformed to the forms of legality. So it was a
legal removal of the items.
