Team Member and Guest Issues




                    IF YOU ARE NOTIFIED OR BECOME AWARE OF AN ILLEGAL MINOR OR UNAUTHORIZED WORKER …






              Immediately contact your ROD/ROM.

              The ROD/ROM will contact the Crisis Hotline and the Crisis Team will be activated.
              The appropriate Crisis Team Members will provide specific actions and next steps.
              Be prepared to provide personnel information regarding the Team Member(s) involved in the issue.








                                          Team Member and Guest Issues



            If we experience a network security breach, you will most likely learn of the situation from WHQ and you will
            follow the action steps provided by the Crisis Team. If you become aware of a breach in the store, take the
            following steps:





              Contact your ROD/ROM immediately upon becoming aware of the potential breach.
              The ROD/ROM will contact the Crisis Hotline and the Crisis Team will be activated.

              The Crisis Team will lead the internal investigation and provide next steps.
