Team Member and Guest Issues
IF YOU ARE NOTIFIED OR BECOME AWARE OF AN ILLEGAL MINOR OR UNAUTHORIZED WORKER …
Immediately contact your ROD/ROM.
The ROD/ROM will contact the Crisis Hotline and the Crisis Team will be activated.
The appropriate Crisis Team Members will provide specific actions and next steps.
Be prepared to provide personnel information regarding the Team Member(s) involved in the issue.
Team Member and Guest Issues
If we experience a network security breach, you will most likely learn of the situation from WHQ and you will
follow the action steps provided by the Crisis Team. If you become aware of a breach in the store, take the
following steps:
Contact your ROD/ROM immediately upon becoming aware of the potential breach.
The ROD/ROM will contact the Crisis Hotline and the Crisis Team will be activated.
The Crisis Team will lead the internal investigation and provide next steps.
