Serving alcohol is a privilege, and we are expected to safely and responsibly serve it to our Guests.
IF YOU RECEIVE AN INQUIRY/INFORMATION REGARDING AN ALLEGED INCIDENT...
If you receive an inquiry from anyone asking questions about an alleged incident, inform him/her that
you are not the right person to speak with. Take his/her number and contact your ROD/ROM.
The ROD/ROM will contact the Crisis Hotline and the Crisis Team will be activated.
Do not provide any information, copies of checks, etc., without specific direction from Legal.
The Crisis Team will cooperate with authorities, launch an independent investigation and will provide
direction on next steps.
