IF YOU RECEIVE NOTIFICATION FROM A GOVERNMENT OR OTHER REGULATORY AGENCY

 Inform the agency that you have every intention of cooperating and that you are following protocol by
contacting your supervisor.

 Immediately contact your ROD/ROM and provide as many facts as possible, including the name of the
agency, the name of the inspector and the reason for the visit/inspection.

 The ROD/ROM will contact the Crisis Hotline and the Crisis Team will be notified.
 The appropriate Crisis Team Members will provide direction and next steps.
