              Follow standard procedures.
              Contact your ROD/ROM if you need assistance.





                    WIDESPREAD CREDIT CARD FRAUD

                                             THIS HAS NOW ESCALATED TO A “LEVEL 2”

              Contact your ROD/ROM immediately upon learning the information.

              The ROD/ROM will notify the Crisis Hotline and the Crisis Team will be notified.
              Do not discuss the allegations with any Team Members to ensure the investigation is not compromised.
              The appropriate Crisis Team Members will provide direction and next steps.
