Operations






                    IN THE EVENT OF MASS PROTEST OR THREATENING CROWD OUTSIDE YOUR STORE

              Lock your outside doors to discourage entry. Follow the guidelines for “Shelter-in-Place.”

              Do nothing to aggravate the crowd or to draw attention to yourself or the people inside the store.
              Call 911 to report the disturbance. Provide as much information as you can.
              Move Guests and Team Members away from windows in the event the crowd grows violent.

              Contact your ROD/ROM.
              The ROD/ROM will contact the Crisis Hotline and the Crisis Team will be activated.





                    IN THE EVENT OF MASS PROTEST OR THREATENING CROWD INSIDE YOUR STORE


              If you have concerns that a disturbance could occur within your store or if you have knowledge that
               opposing groups of individuals are planning to be at the store at the same time, it’s imperative that you
               contact your ROD/ROM immediately to determine next steps to prevent a possible situation from occurring.

              The ROD/ROM will contact the Crisis Hotline and the Crisis Team will be activated.
              If a situation happens, move Guests and Team Members away from the situation. Evacuation may be
               necessary if the situation becomes violent.




                    IN THE EVENT OF ISOLATED DISOBEDIENCE INSIDE YOUR STORE


              An attempt should be made to separate and calm the protestors.

              Call 911. Request medical assistance if needed.
              Contact your ROD/ROM.
              The ROD/ROM will contact the Crisis Hotline and the Crisis Team will be notified.
