 When leaving offices or conference rooms, close the doors behind you to reduce the chance of flying
glass or debris throughout the building. Secure all doors.

 Stay in the protected area until danger has passed.

AFTER THE TORNADO

 Stay calm.
 Call 911 to report any damage and assistance needed.

 Help injured or trapped persons, if appropriate. Do not move seriously injured persons. Call for help.
 Secure the site. Lock doors and fences.

 As soon as Guests and Team Members are safe, contact the ROD/ROM or Crisis Hotline for direction and
next steps, which will include referring to the “Post-Storm Cleanup” section of this Guide.
