Option 3 Thai Green-Curry Potpie
Substitute 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk for an equal amount of the
chicken broth and add 2 tablespoons (30 ml) green-curry paste in
place of the thyme. You may want to emphasize vegetables like
green and red bell peppers and larger pieces of onion. For the top
crust, add 1 tablespoon (6 g) minced Thai basil to the biscuit dough
to infuse the Thai flavor throughout the dish.
