Breakfast Casserole

                 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

                 1                 dz  eggs -- beaten
                 1                 qt  milk
                 1                pkg  seasoned croutons
                 1                pkg  cheddar cheese
                 1/2               lb  bacon

               Lightly grease a 9x13 casserole.  Mix eggs and milk, stir in croutons.
               Let set overnight.

               Sprinkle cheese on top.  Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.  Meanwhile, fry
               bacon until crisp.  Crumble on top of casserole and bake 15 minutes.

               Slice and serve.

               NOTES : The 1986 Associate Matrons & Associate Patrons had a
                       breakfast and served this.  We all enjoyed it.  I have
                       fixed to several times. It is great when you have
                       overnight company and don't want to fuss too much for
