Broccoli with Balsamic Dressing

                 6                  c  broccoli florets
                 1               tbsp  olive oil
                 1               tbsp  lemon juice
                 1               tbsp  balsamic vinegar
                 1               tbsp  Dijon mustard

               Cut broccoli into flowerets, steam for 6-7 minutes, until just tender
               crisp.

               Meanwhile, in a serving dish, whisk remaining ingredients for dressing.

               When broccoli is cooked, drain and toss with dressing.
