Calabacitas (squash dish)

3 zucchini -- cubed
1/2 c chopped onions
1 tbsp butter
1 can green chiles -- diced
2 c corn
1 c milk
1/2 c monterey jack cheese -- grated
Saute the squash and onion in the butter until the squash is tender. Add
the chiles, corn, and milk. Simmer the mixture for 15 to 20 minutes to
blend the flavors. Add the cheese and heat until the cheese is melted.

NOTES : This was real good. I added a pound of hamburger and it
made a nice meal in itself. With the liquid, it was like
