Iceberg Wedge

                 6             slices  bacon
                 1               head  iceberg lettuce
                 1/2                   red onion -- thinly sliced
                                       Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing

               Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat until golden brown and
               beginning to crisp. Cut lettuce into six wedges, each with some core
               attached, and arrange on plates. Spoon dressing over. Crumble one piece of
               bacon onto salad. Garnish with red onion.
