Fresh Broccoli Salad

4 cups broccoli -- chopped
1 red onion -- chopped
1/4 cup walnuts -- chopped
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
Dressing
1 cup lowfat mayonnaise
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup splenda
Put broccoli, onion and walnuts in food processor. Pulse until evenly
chopped. Add raisins, cranberries and nuts.
Mix mayo, vinegar and Splenda. Stir into salad. May be made the day
before.

NOTES : Have made this several times, each a little different. I
don't put in the raisins, I sometimes use roasted
pine nuts. Also, I nuke the broccoli for about 2 minutes.
Also, I just chop up everything, I don't use the food
processor.
