Chinese Cabbage Salad

                 3                     chicken breast, no skin, no bone
                                       teriyaki sauce
                 1               head  cabbage -- chopped
                 2                pkg  top ramen
                 1/2                c  sliced almonds
                 2               tbsp  sesame seeds
                 1                  c  salad oil
                 6               tbsp  rice vinegar
                 2               tbsp  sugar

               Coat chicken breasts with teriyaki sauce.  Microwave until done.  Slice
               into then strips.  Reserve.

               Break up Top Raiman and spread on a cookie sheet with almonds and sesame
               seeds.  Brown in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes, mix well, and cook
               another 5 to 7 minutes.  Cool.

               Mix oil, vinegar and sugar for dressing.

               To assemble, mix cabbage, Top Ramen mix, chicken and dressing.  Toss and
               serve.
