Quoc is responsible for the day to day operations coordinating with the fi eld staff and subcontractors regarding the
scheduling and fi nancials of the project. He will also ensure that all of the subcontractors are abiding to the schedule and
subcontract agreements and mitigate any potential issues and delays by providing accurate and timely cost reports as
required.
