        Paul has recently managed the construction of $245 Million in Class A Corporate Headquarter projects for leading companies
        as MetLife, Bayer Healthcare and Crum & Forster. Paul’s strength is his ability to look far enough ahead with the schedule
        and “clear the way” for subcontractors to be able to work productively and effi  ciently.  He is highly respected by the trades
        for his willingness to “step-in” and resolve any issues that may arise.

        200,000 SF, $40 million. Th  is four story Class A offi  ce building  200,000 SF, $46 million. Th  is project is a complete gut and “re-skin”
        was constructed on an 11 acre site adjacent to our completed Bayer  of their existing four story building, transforming the structure into
        Pharmaceuticals Headquarters facility. Th  is new Headquarters  a modern Class A Headquarters. Th  is project will include the total
        for MetLife Investments includes offi  ce space, open collaborative  re-design of interior lobbies and amenity areas. Th  is project included
        work spaces, conference rooms, a full serving kitchen and cafeteria.  the construction of a brand new 500 space parking structure adjacent

        Bayer Healthcare -  U.S. Corporate HQ
        675,000 SF, $75 million. Th  e new Class A U. S. Headquarters for
        Bayer Healthcare was constructed in two phases. Th e fi rst linked
        two existing offi  ce structures with a fi ve-story glass atrium. Each
        of the structures was renovated; one with a two-story vertical
        addition. In addition to these Class A offi  ce buildings, one of the
        existing research buildings was rejuvenated as a fi tness center. As
        part of this phase, approximately 2,500 on-grade parking spaces
        was constructed within parking fi elds surrounding the buildings.
