                   EBRUARY  FOURTEENTH -- SEVENTEEN DAYS -- AFTER MOVING IN WITH
                   Manuela, trouble is brewing in Paradise; Manuela and Alonzo are having
                   their first argument as a couple. This is Alonzo’s second attempt to express

           some reservations -- his heart is not ready for romance. His visit is for just a few
           weeks to  clear  his head  --  following the  displacement  from his high-rewarding
           career. Besides, he doesn’t believe in starting something that he’s not able to finish:
           Manuela  deserves  better. Also, he doesn’t want  to  lead on the  young Dominican

           Beauty because he believes Karma has a nasty way of biting one in the rear when
           they least expect. Above and beyond, he has a 17-year-old daughter who is all by
           herself back home. He wouldn’t want any man misleading his Yvette when she’s of
           age and dating.
