alumni relations and annual giving -- involved in advocating with increasing

engagement among students, alumni, and donors learn ways and importance of
participation in SU Student Ambassadors (SUSA) program. SUSA builds inter-
generational connections, expresses effective gratitude, and increases giving
           awareness through:

              ▪ Identification of student roles and responsibilities.

              ▪ Recruitment of and keeping students on board.

              ▪ Creation of and shaping SU Foundation messaging.

              ▪ Integration of results across our development operation.

              ▪ Scaling solutions for each of the colleges and athletic setting.

Alonzo presents SUSA as an avenue for students to learn how they can serve as

effective student ambassadors with well-defined goals and thorough training that
           includes:

              ▪ A packet of valuable resources.

              ▪ Position descriptions.

              ▪ Recruitment, Training and Evaluation materials.

           SUSA Focus and Approaches:

The focus of the SUSA program is to be on “peer-to-peer:”
