• Passion for environmental compliance and stewardship as well as for the safety cause.

• High level of self-confidence, flexibility, integrity and honesty.

• Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, and lead others – to successfully influence
environmental change.

• Knowledge of state, local and U.S. government regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.) at a minimum
with an overall understanding and appreciation of global regulations and implications.

• Excellent technical writing and computer skills.

• Experience in presenting to Executive Committees and Boards of Directors.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally – sometimes extensively.
