The Permanent Housing goal was not met. Our model involves rapid
rehousing. Affordable housing, adequate income, and housing sub-
sidies are sometimes not attainable within the limited timeframe.
In 2019, the program staff plan to collaborate in the community to
improve the model and build relationships.
