The Family Center Westland

                                            The Permanent Housing goal was not met. Our model involves
                                            rapid rehousing. Affordable housing, adequate income, and housing
                                            subsidies are sometimes not attainable within the limited timeframe.
                                            In 2019, the program staff plan to collaborate in the community to
                                            improve the model and build relationships.
