             stopping  for  refreshments,  with  a
             lovely spread by Peggy May and her
             helpers.
                   After tea there were further 10

             winners by a short margin. Essex
             were  magnanimous  in  defeat  but
             champing  at  the  bit  for  a  return
             match. All in all a very good day was
             had by everybody.
                   Essex Under 18’s play on Sat-
             urday morning from 9am until noon.

             Sports  Village  in  the  Gloucester
             Parks Bowls Club.  Any Under 18’
