Opportunities


                   •  Increase communication through the use of e-mail and texting. I know it’s a bit
                       millennial but if we do not change with society, we will be left out of the
                       conversations in the future.
                   •  Provide a training path for employees to increase engagement and productivity.
                   •  Work with on-site customers to increase and understanding of production process.
                       A focus on goals for injector throughput should be an increased priority.
                   •  Ice generation machine data should be analyzed to help focus maintenance on low
                       or under producing machinery.
                   •  Future opportunities would include removing existing outdated buildings and
                       building updated coolers to accommodate high-end growers and buyers. Food
                       Safety should be a high priority.
                   •  They are endless for us, with a culture change in progress we can rebuild confidence
                       is our staff, which will translate over to a customer base allowing us to continue to
                       attract more opportunities for all.
                   •  Build on existing equipment, or new concepts for patentable ideas. Adjustable top
                       ice on injectors, light ice for shipping, multi-function remotes for injectors, for
                       example.
                   •  The commitment to educate the employees, i.e.: refrigeration engineers.
                   •  For the younger employee, the opportunity to advance.
                   •  New and young management offer new ideas - fresh outlook, energy, and
                       willingness to listen.
                   •  We seem to be developing a new and larger and more diverse customer base.
                   •  With new management - we have a chance to "Start over" with open communication
                       - let the employees know what is happening within the company - in the past
                       everything was secret and employees were just here to work – new management is
                       open to listen and allow others to voice their interest and thoughts.
                   •  Increase yearly revenue by entering new markets.
                   •  Implement a cost reduction team.
                   •  Implement brainstorming meetings to gather new ideas on how to increase
                       revenue/reduce.
                   •  Costs and have an action team who with implement these ideas with fixed time
                       schedules.
                   •  Overall efficiency in workforce.
                   •  Efficiency is cost management.
                   •  Implement new industry best practices.
                   •  Enforce accountability and enforce new work culture to increase work efficiency
                       helping bottom line.
                   •  Adapt new ways to do work in a more efficient way.
                   •  Diversification of property and business - Cannabis, warehousing, retail, offices.
                   •  Cogen - reduce power.
