and we'll take care of the rest...plain and simple. The goal is to move as many boxes
as possible in an efficient manner and nearly every employee in this company is on
board with that game plan. I believe CCC is able to accomplish this because of the
way it treats its employees. I've only been with the company for 2.5 years but I've
been treated very well and always feel taken care of as a worker. The company
takes care of those that work hard and rewards us based not just on the quality of
our work, but our work ethic and overall attitude as well. The training is top notch
as well (most employees have experience in multiple areas of our operations)
however I believe that which is stated above is what will help CCC maintain it's
longevity as a successful company.
• Ownership with future vision of the business.
• The crew.
• Customer Service, competent for many different customers (60-80 /yr.) Excellent
reputation, across the board computers systems for client tie-in
• Very high food safety audit scores for a decade
• The customer service provided by CCC is second to none. Excellent.
• Our strength of our company is the loyal employees that we have working for years.
Other strength that we have is that we have more than 16 loading doors to get
trucks in and out. Also the open space on our loading dock and cool rooms helps the
loader load better and faster. Our final strength is our getting along with our
employees and specialty our customers, taking care of the so they could keep
coming year after year.
• Service, able to please the customer.
• A non-union, diversified, versatile, experienced work force.
Weakness
• Low wages
• Having to transfer employees from one cooler to the next when shorthanded.
• Outdated loading equipment
• Outdated facilities
• Limited storage space
• Fluctuated customer base
• Fluctuated incoming Box volume
• One big weakness is the cold box supervisors, now let explain what I mean by that.
We have Alex Gomez with poor communication skills when you feel like there is an
issue that needs to be fixed it ‘goes in one ear and out the other’. Samuel Gomez as
a floor dock supervisor, Elazar Gomez as a supervisor, Gonzalo Gomez in the office,
Ricardo Gomez on the night shift, in the office we also have Lucio Gomez, Romero
Gomez, and we have Efren Gomez in HR, all supervisors. Tell me where there is any
equal opportunity such as me to prevail in the company? It is all ran by family and
they all look out for one another. It isn't right. There are several employees that
have quit or have been mistreated because of these individuals you don't have a
fighting chance. The bad thing is if you want to complain to the HR department,
