these employees that know the ins and outs of CCC as opposed to having to hire
                       from another source.
                   • Additionally, I think the company should start looking at each employee's strengths
and weakness to figure out what shift they will work. I don't think it would be very
wise to completely throw seniority out the window; this would anger many in our
workforce. But I also don't think we should keep employees in the night shift just
because they haven't been working here very long. Assigning shifts by seniority
seems to be ingrained into the company's culture so if this kind of change is made it
should be done very gradually. Ultimately we need to do what's best for the
company and if we approach this issue slowly, I think the workers will be behind it.
It will provide more motivation for an employee if he/she knows that they don't
have to wait for someone to retire/quit/etc. to get moved to the morning shift.
                   • Renew old facilities for a better space use.
                   • Create a transportation department with newer trucks with service of local, med.
and long distance, this will make central coast cooling more attractive for business
                       and new shippers.
                   • Periodic training for all personal
                   • Office: costumer service, communication skills with other employees, computer
system updates, office staff professional uniform.
                   • Maintenance: certified forklift mechanics, professional mechanic shop.
                   • Organic emphasis for growing market. Develop custom services and/or equipment.
                   • Tighten up employees for better-cost ratios for offered services.
                   • Expand cold room space and make more efficient plant(s). Set up growing
(produce) so that CCC has a core of packages that we control, not to mention making
a buck on our own produce.
                   • More outside supervisory training for all supervisors and more training for all
general employees (first aid, customer services and HR)
                   • I would like a better company infrastructure. Job classifications to solve hourly
rates and not just because you been with the company for 20-30 years you are the
                       highest paid employee
                   • Having a bigger place to make it more simple when getting the job done. That will
reduce accidents, give us more room, more open space so the employees will have a
better view of the surroundings. Double pallet racks, including double loading
forklifts helps when getting stuff done. To make the employees feel safer it is good
idea to get trucks lock into the docks, drivers are always on a hurry always pulling
                       out the doors.
                   • Newly designed & built efficient facilities would create demand, higher volume,
                       lower costs, and higher rates.

               Threats

                   • The workforce now a days is starting to be more educated on laws and regulations.
Therefore, lack of trained and qualified supervisors, is an area where we can
improve we usually assign supervisors by time served rather than supervisor
                       capabilities and business knowledge.
