• Pay structure people should have assigned departments which each department has
a pay scale. This would help us motivate our employees into wanting to learn and do
more for the company add value in order to get more money.
• The Gomez family taking over, and you have already lost good employees. You are
about to lose more because of Alex Gomez. The sad thing is the Hispanics that can't
speak English want to get this out, but are so scared of Alex because they don't want
to lose their jobs. Whenever there is a problem they want to talk to Ron, but if they
go over Alex Gomez head and go straight to Ron they will be terminated. Where is
that right, when they want to tell Ron something, Alex will take what they said in
Spanish and change it in English to something they didn't even say? The issue
doesn't get resolved and Ron thinks everything is OK because Ron doesn't know
what's going on. Alex Gomez is a snake in the grass and is abusing his power
• I hope what was said is taken seriously and something gets done, because I can't
take this abuse anymore. Neither can any other employees. I wish we had Alex
from El Centro he is a damn good supervisor, that's the man that will take this
company. Also Ron and Tony, keep those three and you would see major
improvement. But with Alex Gomez and his family in charge, I don't think even you
tore down rebuilt the company, it would make a difference. They have the company
locked down. I'm sorry but it's the truth
• Need more business (more customers)
• Our own self we can’t continue to just push product along no matter what we have
done to it some things I’ve seen done are like wow I would not want to eat the stuff
we cool and ship
• Equipment is very poorly maintained actually there is no maintenance there is only
fixes after it breaks and then cut corners to hurry and get unit back on line. Yard
forklifts are the worst it’s a task just to lift something level. Frustrating
• Our biggest threat is that we are a commercial cooler everything can happen.
• I feel it is a threat to not have a facility that meets the standards that we are
recognized for in the industry. Additionally, I am concerned with our competition
having better tools to work with and having a better ability to attract our customers.
• Some companies are leaving to different coolers
• I currently do not believe that there are any threats that CCC has control over. Of
course we will always be affected by things such as market behaviors and weather,
but as far as I know there is not much the company can do about that. As long as we
continue to buffer our strengths, fix our weaknesses, and take advantage of the
opportunities that the company has, we will perform to the best of our ability.
• Competitors with Better Facilities and Equipment
• Apparent lack of financing.
• More strategic customer partnerships with competitors. Regulation a decade ago
CCC had 3 agencies to deal with, now 10 or more with greater power necessary to
placate.
• Need to make employees understand that CCC is not the solution to all their
financial problems and not to expect to work 12 hours a day
• To the company and to me as an employee is coming to work and not having a job,
