• Merge Summit Mechanical into Growers Custom Equipment LLC with an emphasis
of selling Bin Washers at the inception with a goal to manage the line of credit risk
for GIC and once cash flow become stable create a combination of a sales, leasing
and rental strategies. Additionally, GCE can become the manufacturing entity for the
lost capability of PHT for the short term and until further evaluation is performed
on the highest and best use to add value using the intellectual property of past PHT
and GIC equipment manufacturing capabilities
• Diversify board of directors with outside directors at the next annual shareholder
meeting and then obtain board training for all board members
• Create a company or division of Growers Ice Company to manufacture, market, sale
and distribution of mobile ice machinery for the concrete industry
• Identify and survey past customers that has purchased PHT equipment to determine
current status of equipment with the goal of obtaining service, parts and
replacement equipment opportunities domestic and international
