you’re complaining against a family member. They all cover for themselves; if a
family member screws up they put it off on the new guy and get rid of them. If a
new employee does great and can do their job 10 times better, they talk crap about
the poor guy so that way they look better and find reasons to get rid of them. These
are real things that are going on that need to be fixed. There is no equal opportunity
there such as myself and several employees have all gone through this. Nobody has
brought this to Ron's attention because he has a lot on his plate. Ron is the reason
why I have chosen to stay and many other employees but you have several rotten
apples in your company that are family oriented such as the Gomez, and I haven't
even came close to naming every single one off. Alex Gomez is not worried about
the company all he is worried about is his large paycheck and providing the same to
all his family members. He not worried about the hard working employees that
make a difference to the company or how it can get better as long as he gets a
paycheck and his family is covered, he has done his job. I have a question I have
prevailed in all aspects; I've ran the tubes loaded ran cooler number two by myself
ran the night shift and whenever any cooler needs help I'm the go to guy I do my job
a 110 percent it makes me feel good to know that I am making a difference and I'm
working on my better future, but why is it that I feel underappreciated? Gonzalo
Gomez that knows nothing about the system and has just been there for 20 years
has no education and is being covered in the office by Elazar Gomez, so he can just
watch over him, and I get booted out side to load. Where is that helping the
company? How is that making the company stronger that’s where I feel like my
hard work means nothing and the Gomez are not leaving? If this continues I don't
think the company will succeed. If Ron ever decides to retire, I and many other
employees will be leaving because of this. I have had many job opportunities that
pay better and better opportunities with skills that I have, and the reason I have
those skills is because Ron gave me that opportunity. Not Alex or any of the Gomez.
They saw what I had and what I can do and tried getting rid of me as well. When is
this going to stop? I'm tired and many other employees are tired of it to.

• Drains in CCC#1
• Wooden Walls in all Facilities
• No real leadership happens, and once something is explained I never see any follow
up
• Majority won’t lift a finger to help you unless you specifically ask for their help and
you have to explain exactly what you want done. By that time I could have done
myself.
• No avenue for employees to file a grievance and hope to be treated fairly there is a
Gomez at each supervisor position including HR
• People say they care but don't work like they care
• Of all the coolers in Salinas, CA we have old equipment and very old coolers.
• All of our racks are very old and dangerous also our loading doors are very
dangerous to load a truck.
• Our safety follow is very poor.
