• Greening of the company - Solar, cogen, green buildings, water recycling, reduce
                       carbon footprint.
                   • Equipment leasing business expansion and diversification - Ice Generators,
                       Injectors, Bin Washers, etc.
                   • Concrete Ice.
                   • Bagged ice for stores.
                   • Ability to attract new and good shippers with new buildings and operational
                       systems.
                   • Intercompany spinoffs - separation of equipment business from cooler business.
                   • Partnerships and collaboration with other cooler companies.
                   • Expand icing customer base through hot commodities like Brussel sprouts or new
                       markets.
                   • Expansion to other untapped growing regions in the US and international.
                   • Bin washer and equipment fabrication business.
                   • A previous manager created a toxic atmosphere, but there's a lot of optimism on site
right now. People are ready for change.
                   • With PHT (a "sister" company we used to work with) gone and absorbed into GIC, a
lot of pointless middle work is gone. They insisted on using a lot of archaic computer
programs and were generally seen as a bottleneck. Now their files and crews can be
consolidated into ours and work can speed up.
                   • The maintenance crew is bigger than it ever was, and so a lot of work that's been
being put off can get done at a timely pace now. Working through the backlog of
things that aren't BROKEN but will be soon would help a lot, especially as the season
                       calms down.
                   • Mobile ice manufacturing/cooling.
                   • We were leaders of our industry for a long time; let’s get back on the bleeding edge
                       with more R&D.
                   • Why not market us to music festivals or expand our presence in the fishing
                       industry?
                   • Growth by acquisition.
                   • Processing in the field is the future.
                   • Everyone likes ice, it sells itself.

               Threats

                   • Managers have a wealth of knowledge and no one to pass it on to, and unfortunately,
no one to train to take their place. This is a substantial risk; many of the supervisors
and a few employees are approaching their time to retire.
                   • There seems to be a lack of visible preventive maintenance. Instead, the practice
tends to be reactive-first aid. Unfortunately, you can only place so many band-aids
on bullet holes. If thing are left unchecked for too long it may be too costly to repair
                       or replace in the future.
