• Secondly, I see the stockholders of the company as being strong for making the very
difficult decisions of changing the management of the company, acquiring existing
and new businesses as tenants and business partners and by investing in the future
of the company with remodeling and upgrading the facility.
• And lastly, a very nice strength is that many employees of Growers Ice Company feel
and are treated as though they are family. I have worked at a few other businesses
in the Salinas valley and only one other still holds a “Christmas” party for its
employees. Growers Ice is the exception yet again with the fact that they include a
family member as well. These are unheard of things in this day and age. This is a
true strength in the value that the company places in its employees and their time
and commitment.
