Vision
Growers Ice Company will be recognized as the market leader in all lines of business in
which we choose to compete.
Mission
We will continue to build on the strength and security of our 75-year heritage creating
solutions for vegetable pre-cooling and temperature controlled environments for our
agriculture family through client-focused activities, technology, and great teamwork.
Values
EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE:
I am engaged in my customers’ needs and proactively make sure they get the right products
at the right time. I look “outside of the box” to find creative ways to ensure they are
satisfied.
ADAPTABILITY:
I’m focused on the client experience regardless of the environment. I recognize that
markets constantly change and see this as an opportunity to embrace and execute
innovative ideas. Instead of resisting, I visualize the positive results that will happen.
RESPECT:
I put myself in the other person’s shoes, whether it’s a client or a colleague. Showing that I
care about their concerns, their personal life, and their success brings us closer together.
