ACCOUNTABILITY:
I own my actions and the outcomes of my work — both good and bad. Instead of waiting
for someone else to do it or speak up, I take responsibility to make sure that work gets
done, and ultimately that it best serves the client.

COMMUNITY:
I am actively involved in causes with impact and am proud to give back to the communities
we serve. I look for ways to help the less fortunate through volunteering my time, energy
and money whenever I can.

RESULTS:

I realize that each colleague’s success ultimately depends on the company’s bottom line. I
do my part of working efficiently, providing extraordinary service without losing sight of
profitability.
