Just Because It’s Legal Doesn’t Mean It Won’t
Get You Sued
This chapter is primarily for employers and
business owners who may be reading this book. Over the
years, we have fielded literally thousands of calls from
people with stories about employment relationships gone
wrong. Sometimes there has been an actual violation of
the rules, and sometimes not, but virtually all of these
