Stress & Procrastination
One of the biggest
causes of stress is
procrastination. In
university especially,
once someone has
fallen behind in one
course, they often
find themselves to
have fallen behind in
all other courses as
well. Due to this,
something school-
related needs to be
done every single
day, and time must
be managed well.

Doing some work consistently,
no matter how little, will greatly
relieve any stress you might
have in the future. Let's say that
for one class, a position paper is
due the following week. If every
day even just one paragraph will
be written, by the time the paper
is due, the paper will already be
finished. By doing this, you will
be protecting your mental
health, as you won’t spend
every day worrying about a
paper that needs to be
completed. If you already have
a portion done, the amount that
still needs to be done will be
steadily going down. https://www.wikihow.com/images/thumb/9/95/Make-a-Study-Timetable-Step-
