There is a huge notation surrounding university that it is hard,
stressful and cannot be done unless you spend every waking
moment working. Notions like these are only discouraging, so don’t
believe them. Anything you want in life, whether it be a degree, a
dream car, or a financially stable job, can be achieved if you maintain
a positive mindset. It is a known fact that you will experience stress in
university, but you should not let stress deter you from the final goal:
a degree. Giving in to stress may feel reassuring at first because you
have let go of the stress, but you will find yourself in that situation
soon enough. Do not let stress defeat you or take away the joys in
life. Instead, remember to take each day as it comes and use these
helpful strategies to help you better manage your stress.
