To view an outline of benefits using the online portal, go to UHC Link Portal and log in by
entering the Optum ID and Password from the Master Login List.
Enter the patient’s Member ID and Date of Birth to Search.
The patient’s plan information will populate. If you receive an error message, such as the
examples pictured below, then the plan may be administered through UMR or GEHA and
cannot be viewed through the UHC portal.
