Employees who choose to donate an organ or bone marrow to another person, and who
have been employed by the Company for at least a 90-day period immediately
preceding the beginning of leave, are eligible for paid organ and bone marrow donor

Employees who request leave for organ donation are required to take up to two weeks
of accrued paid sick leave and vacation time, if any, for this purpose.

Organ and bone marrow donation leave cannot be taken concurrently with FMLA or

               BEREAVEMENT/COMPASSIONATE LEAVE

We understand that the death or terminal illness of a family member is a time when you
will want to be with your family. Should you lose a member of your immediate family,
you will be allowed time off to help you attend to your obligations and commitments.
You can also use all or part of this time to spend time or provide care for a terminally ill
member of your immediate family. Reasonable time off without pay will be granted by
your supervisor as the location of the funeral and closeness of the relationship dictates.
Introductory and temporary employees are not eligible for paid Compassionate Leave.
Employees on leaves of absence are not entitled to Compassionate Leave. Regular full
time employees (working a minimum of 30 hours per week) who have successfully
completed the Introductory Period will be provided paid Compassionate Leave as
