appropriate arrangements and attend services; or provide care for the terminally

 In the event of the death or terminal illness of other extended family members or
close personal friends not included in the paragraphs above, eligible employees

               JURY AND WITNESS LEAVE

               Jury Duty

The Company supports your civic duty to serve on a jury panel. For this reason, you
will be granted a temporary leave of absence if you are called for jury duty. The
Company will consider the time you are absent for jury duty as authorized unpaid leave
provided you present proof of service. Accrued vacation may be used for this purpose.

You must present your jury summons to your supervisor as soon as you receive it. Of
course, you are expected to report for work during hours or days that your presence is
not required on the jury panel.

In the event the volume of work or the nature of your position necessitates it, a request
for postponement of jury service can be made. If you and your supervisor believe that it
is necessary, we will assist you, if possible, in requesting a postponement. It is every
employee’s obligation and duty to serve jury duty. We encourage you to do so and
would like to be able to schedule it when our workload best permits you to fulfill your
               duty.
               Acting as a Witness

You may be required by law to appear in court as a witness. Amy’s Drive Thru provides
unpaid time off to non-exempt employees for this purpose. Exempt employees will be
paid their full salary for any workweek where they are required to testify as a witness.
We ask that you give your supervisor as much advance notice of when you will be
               absent as possible.

               CONFIDENTIALITY

As part of your responsibilities at Amy’s Drive Thru, you may learn of or be entrusted
with sensitive information of a confidential or proprietary nature, including trade secrets.
It is illegal to steal, copy, communicate, or transmit a current or former employer’s
confidential or proprietary information. Proprietary information is defined to include “the
whole or any part of any scientific or technical information, design, process, procedure,
