this Policy, acknowledge that e-mail messages and voice mail messages sent or
               received using the Facilities are business messages which belong to the Company, and
               are not personal, confidential information belonging to the Party. Parties’ outgoing voice
               mail and e-mail messages must not indicate to any caller or recipient that his/her
               incoming message will be confidential or private. The existence of passwords on either
               system is not intended to indicate that messages will remain private. Parties should be
               aware that even when a message has been erased, it still may be possible to retrieve it
               from a backup system.

               Message Access: Messages on the Facilities are to be accessed only by the intended
               recipient and by others at the direct request of the intended recipient; however, the
               company reserves the right to access messages on Facilities. Any attempt by persons
               other than the above to access messages on either system will constitute a serious
               violation of company policy.

               Intellectual Property Laws: Parties using the Facilities must respect and avoid
               infringing other intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to
               copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secret rights, and publicity and privacy
               rights. Copying material from Web sites without permission may be copyright
               infringement. Use of the Facilities to violate third-party intellectual property rights is
               strictly forbidden. Use of the Facilities to violate third-party intellectual property rights is
               strictly prohibited
               Social Media Websites: While the Company encourages its employees to enjoy and
               make good use of their off‐duty time, certain activities on the part of employees may
               become  a problem if they have the effect of impairing the work of any employee;
               harassing, demeaning, or creating a hostile working environment for any employee;
               disrupting the smooth and orderly flow of work within the company; directly or indirectly
               disclosing confidential or proprietary information; or harming the goodwill and reputation
               of the Company among its customers or in the community at large. In the area of social
               media (print, broadcast, digital, and online), employees may use such media in any way
               they choose as long as such use does not produce the adverse consequences noted
               above. For this reason, the Company reminds its employees that the following
               guidelines apply in their use of social media, both on and off duty:
                       1. If an employee publishes any personal information about themselves, another
                          Company employee , a client, or a customer in any public medium (print,
                          broadcast, digital, or online) that:

                          a. has the potential or effect of involving the employee, their co‐workers, or
                              the Company in any kind of dispute or conflict with other employees or
                              third parties;

                          b.  interferes with the work of any employee;
