VISITORS

               For reasons such as the safety and security of our facilities, our employees, and the
               technical/confidential aspects of our business, visitors are not permitted to enter certain
               areas  of the Restaurant without  authorization.  This includes the Kitchen, rear-door
               enclosure and dumpster area.
               If you see a person who may not have proper authorization to enter the restricted areas
               of the building, please notify your supervisor.  Should friends or members of the family
               want to pay you a visit for some essential reason; they must wait in the lobby area until
               your supervisor has been notified.


               SOLICITATION AND DISTRIBUTION

               We believe employees should not be disturbed or disrupted in the performance of their
               job duties.   For this reason solicitation of  any kind  by one employee  of another
               employee is prohibited while either person is on working time.  Solicitation  by non-
               employees on Company premises is prohibited at all times.

               Distribution of advertising material, handbills, or printed or written literature of any kind
               in working areas of our Company is prohibited at any time.  Distribution of literature by
               non-employees on Company premises is prohibited at all times.

               Non-employees have no right of access to any area of the premises other than areas
               open to the public, and then only in conjunction with the area’s public use

               OFF-DUTY ACCESS

               Employees are not permitted to enter the areas of our facilities, which are not open to
               the general  public  at any time when  they are  not scheduled to work.  However,
               employees may enter the work area if they are picking up their bi-weekly paycheck on
               payday.

               PARKING

               Specific parking places are designated  for  employee parking.  Employees  may only
               park in designated areas to allow ample parking for customers.


               SAFETY

               The Company is committed to maintaining a safe workplace for all of our employees.
               The time  to  be conscious about safety is before an  accident  happens. Safety is
               everyone’s responsibility and is a regular, ongoing part of everyone’s job.
