new company induction information and the merging of the Rise & Shine material into our
current Being Hand Picked programme.

Reception Academy for Hotel, Spa and Club Reception Team Members – 5 x new Train the
Trainers – as part of the progression of some of our current Reception Managers we now
have 6 managers trained to run the Reception Academy. Jess Higney from Wood Hall –the
existing trainer and Rachel Udall-James, trained Kylie Holdcroft from Rookery Hall, Tracey
Reeve from Crathorne Hall, Helen Worsey from Ettington Park, Ellie Buchanan from
Bailbrook House and Andrea Rhus from Rhinefield House – this now gives us great coverage
across the south, midlands and north. The sessions planned for the remainder of the year

are 4 July at Ettington Park, 15 August at Wood Hall and 12 November at Rhinefield
House.

Housekeeping Cleaning Workshops - at the beginning of Q2 5 workshops took place across
the collection training all our Head Housekeepers and Housekeeping Supervisors on new
cleaning methods, care for equipment and chemical awareness. We have introduced
vacuum decontamination and care, use of microfiber, further deep cleaning tasks especially
focussing on mattresses and beds and we are reviewing the use and amount of chemicals
being used across the collection.
