ABC Company offers you the opportunity to purchase Voluntary Pre-existing Condition Exclusion for ALL
Short Term Disability (STD) to provide income replacement if you
become disabled due to accident, sickness or pregnancy, through Disability Plans
Cigna. If you were diagnosed, consulted or treated for any medical
condition 3 months prior to your enrollment in this plan, the
disability caused by this condition will not be covered until
Short Term Disability Benefit you have been on the plan for 12 months. After 12 months of
consecutive enrollment, the pre-existing condition will no
