Health Savings Account
Health Savings Account (HSA)
The opportunity to establish and contribute to a Health Savings Account is available when you elect the Basic
HSA medical plan option. It’s like a personal, tax-free savings account for health care expenses that earns
interest. Any unused money rolls over from year to year.
ABC Company’s Wellness Incentive Program is your opportunity to
receive funds into your HSA. If you complete the program noted on Examples of
page 6, ABC Company’s employer contribution will be deposited in
your account in June, 2020. Eligible HSA Expenses
In addition to ABC Company’s contribution, you may elect to make

The portion of your paycheck that you contribute to your HSA will be •
