Enroll Online
With Burnham’s Online Enrollment System, you and your family can access your benefits information whenever
you want, from home or anywhere you have internet access. Use our online portal to view plan details,
coverage amounts and costs.

To Enroll or Make Changes to Your Benefits
• Log in to www.mybensite.com/burnhambenefits
• Enter your email address and password, then check the box to agree to website terms and conditions
Once you are logged into the website, follow the prompts on each page to complete your benefit enrollment.
You will be asked to verify that your personal information is correct and enter in any of your dependent
information.
Please note, enrollment in the Universal Life with Long Term Care is not completed online. You will
need to visit the custom enrollment site for this specific plan in order to enroll. Contact Vanessa
