telephone system from time to time to ensure that Team Members are using the system for
               its intended purposes.

               Cellular Phones
iFLY prohibits the use of personal cellular devices for CSR’s and Instructors while working
due to customer contact and safety.

Team Members should make personal cell phone calls during their breaks or lunch times.
The use of cameras on cell phones during work hours is prohibited to protect the privacy of
iFLY as well as fellow Team Members. However, this restriction will not apply to any
recordings made in the exercise of any rights granted to a Team Member by federal law.

iFLY prohibits the use of hand-held cellular devices while driving.

               Smoking
In order to provide a safe and comfortable working environment for all Team Members,
smoking and vaping are always strictly prohibited inside any Company building or within 20
feet of any building entrance, operable window, or ventilation system.

               SAFETY

               Safety and Accident Rules
Safety is a joint venture at iFLY. We strive to provide a clean, hazard-free, healthy, safe
environment in which to work, and we make every effort to comply with all relevant federal,
state and local occupational health and safety laws, including the federal Occupational
Safety and Health Act. As a Team Member, you have a duty to comply with the safety rules
of iFLY, and you are expected to take an active part in maintaining this hazard-free
environment. You must observe all posted safety rules, adhere to all safety instructions
provided by your supervisor, and use safety equipment where required. Your workspace
should be kept neat, clean and orderly.

               Team Member Incidents
                   • Immediately tell a supervisor about every safety incident, injury or near miss that

occurs. A “near miss” is a safety event that did not result in an injury but had the
potential to do so (a “close call”).
                   • It does not matter how minor it seems. A supervisor will report the incident
electronically and make sure the injured person receives medical help, if needed.
